Youth Development
The youth development programs of Beyond the Gap are research-based, innovative and interactive. From learning life's lessons through chess, engaging in a culinary class, participating in an entrepreneurial endeavor or taking classes for academic enrichment, the youth participants learn how to navigate life, develop goals and plans and ultimately accomplish their dreams. They are prepared to make better decisions, be strategic, recognize patterns, take on new challenges, learn from their mistakes and to be flexible as well as many other lessons.
